Armored product's quality is guaranteed by the regular testing in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Department of Fire Weapon of Germany and approved by the certificates of Russian GOST and European Standard DIN EN 1063.
Do remember, that an

certificates approve the guarantee of quality of an armored vehicle and
bulletproof glass.
